As a manufacturer of ultrasound devices, Sepanta is preparing to launch its innovative product into the Iranian market. We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager who is driven, skilled, and forward-thinking—someone who can pave the way for this valuable technology and play a meaningful role in transforming the healthcare industry in our country.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Design and implement a go-to-market strategy for a new and previously unsold product.
Identify target markets and develop marketing and advertising plans tailored to the domestic market.
Build and maintain effective relationships with physicians, medical centers, hospitals, and government organizations (such as the Deputy of Treatment, National Medical Equipment Department, and Foreign Exchange Saving Fund).
Fully manage the sales process, including expert-level negotiations, preparing technical and financial proposals, contract management, payment follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to internal teams (e.g., R&D) for continuous product improvement.
Plan and execute brand awareness and brand development strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in medical equipment sales and marketing (experience with capital or imaging devices is a plus).
Strong skills in product presentation, professional negotiation, and writing technical-financial proposals.
Familiarity with governmental and hospital procurement structures and tenders.
Experience in introducing a new product to the market is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills, market analysis ability, and a high level of motivation for growth.
Intermediate proficiency in English.
